We had so much fun when Bryan Mays from KVUE came to film a segment in Papi’s Pies for his Foodie Fridays series. Sharing our story and the story of our restaurant with such a host who clearly loves all things local was a joy.

Our co-owners, Jose and Julio, are from Mexico and Bolivia, but have lived throughout the US, and Julio also lived for a time in Europe. The places we have lived are reflected in our menu, including Bolivian salteñas, Liege waffles from Belgium, our Huitlacoche crepe, Quiche Lorraine, and classic strawberry-rhubarb pie, to mention but a few.
